New Dimensions in Micro 3D Printing
3D MicroPrint is unveiling the new DMP 120 at Formnext—a machine that sets new standards in additive microfabrication.
The DMP 120 combines the proven precision of Micro Laser Sintering (MLS) with significantly increased productivity:
• 4 times larger build area,
• 10 times larger build volume,
• 5 times faster build speed.
This new generation opens up entirely new possibilities for component geometries where miniaturization, functionality, and maximum precision are critical.
The powder-bed process, developed specifically for the micro-scale, enables the creation of structures with wall thicknesses as low as 30 µm, as well as printed mechanical components—precise and made from a variety of materials.
