Description

The purpose of this position is to produce components using our micro-additive 3D powder-bed fusion (µ-LPBF) process, as well as to perform maintenance and repairs on our µ-LPBF machines both in-house and at customer sites.

Your primary responsibilities will include the following tasks:

  • Processing of production orders
    • Setting up and operating our manufacturing and finishing machines
    • Conducting quality control (gauge inspection, worker self-inspection)
    • Cleaning and finishing of components (Twister, ultrasonic bath)
    • Documentation of results (job tracking sheet)
  • Maintenance and minor repairs of our machines
    • Filter replacement
    • Replacement of Wear Parts
    • Change of material
  • Maintenance work on our own machines and those of our customers
    • Installations
    • Scheduled maintenance
    • Problem Analysis and Repair
  • You have successfully completed an electrical engineering program to become a certified electrician (or equivalent).
  • You have several years of experience in the manufacturing of mechanical components
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • You can communicate in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • They work in a structured manner.
  • The position involves international travel accounting for up to 30% of your working hours to perform commissioning, service work, and repairs at our customers' sites
